DE Publishing Books are shipped to the domestic US market, Canada and Mexico
via regular Postal service ground for a $2.50 shipping and handling charge. This
also includes a protective box or package for the publication. International orders
to countries outside the US, Canada and Mexico are charged a $10.00 shipping
and handling charge. Full time students and members of academic institutions can
qualify for an academic discount. These discount customers will have to use the online
order form located via the menu on the left. (California residents add 7.75 % Sales Tax)
